Commissioned Limited Edition Prints
Only 300 limited edition prints are being produced. Each is signed, numbered and stamped by the artist. Printed on museum quality paper with archival ink, each print is treated with the utmost care to ensure the finest reproduction and closeness to the original portrait. Size is 16.5 inches deep x 12 inches wide.
Official Unveiling
Cairde Na Loingsigh will launch their specially commissioned portrait of Kevin by the internationally renowned artist Robert Ballagh at Kevin Lynch Park on:
Sunday 18th November at 4pm
The Lynch family will be represented at this event as will the Mayor of Causeway Coast and Glens Council, Brenda Chivers, and the Club said
'We are delighted that Robert took on this commission and are really pleased with the result. He is a world renowned artist who is the President of the International Association of Art, co-ordinated the 75th anniversary of the Easter Rising as well as the 2006 Ryder Cup. He has also designed Irish banknotes and over 70 postage stamps.His paintings can be found in the major collections including the National Gallery of Ireland, Ulster Museum, Trinity College Dublin and the Hugh Lane Municipal Gallery.'
A limited number of signed and numbered prints of the portrait will be available on the night, on the Cairde Na Loingsigh Website site or directly from any Member.
